I'm re posting this as collection failed twice now.
Please explain why you want this ?

8GB RAM memory
AMD Radeon HD 7480 graphics
1TB Hard drive
20" screen
Canon MP270 printer/scanner
Speakers
Keyboard
NO mouse, but very cheap to buy
Not WiFi but you could make it so by purchasing a cheap USB WiFi adapter.
Linux Mint operating system with Firefox browser and full 'Libre Office' office suite (with equivalents to Word/Excel etc.)
Easy to use very similar to windows.
