Original vintage Vax vacuum and Carpet Cleaning Machine (Christchurch BH23)

Original all in one vacuum and wet vac carpet cleaner This belonged to my late mother and been stored for many years. It powers up and sucks but I haven't tested it further. It looks like has all the attachments and quite a few spare bags. hoping someone might be able to revive it to useful purpose.
