"Turtle Top" Rooftop Carrier (Silver Spring)

Back In The Day these were called "Turtle Tops," and they were effective for carrying stuff on your roof when everyone piled into the car for a family vacation. This one has been gathering dust in my crawl space for about 25 years or so. We did use it on a Mercury Grand Marquis. The box isn't in great condition, and the weather seal foam needs to be replaced, but that will run about $10 or less at Home Depot. It's plastic, so it's going to be around for another 150 years or so. Free covered front porch pickup can be scheduled.
