Boss mountain bike - needs attention (Bridlington YO16)

Rideable as is but needs some work. Derailleur gears need sorting out (bike is stuck in a low gear). Suspension forks have seized up (plenty of YouTube videos on how to fix this). Rear brake okay but front disc needs attention. There's also a bike lock wrapped around the top tube (no key for it). I have pumped the tyres up but not fully, as they will provide a little cushioning if ridden back.
