Portable air conditioner with hose (Northeast Philadelphia)

I desperately need a portable air conditioner unit with a hose/ tube that you stick out the window. My air conditioning unit isn’t working and the heat has been brutal even with fans. My windows are too small for a window unit. Thank you in advance!!
