Cantilevered patio umbrellas (Avon, Indiana)

2 umbrellas - one white and one light green. Take one or both. No rips. Mechanisms work well. The plastic bases fill with water to provide weight, BUT they leak. Patch or seal them, pour a permanent base, or devise another method to weight them. Several plugs missing.
