Tea and an outfit (State St Wasatch inn)

Could someone please bring me a gallon of tea sweet please and some shorts (small) and shirts ( medium) I have only the clothes I have on I got a lil food and a motel room with what little money I had, I could use food too but have GERD and am a diabetic please help, have room till Friday. At Wasatch in on state st. If you can help message me. Thank you for any help.
