Dalek making items (Lowedges S8)

My daughter is making a dalek and a Dr Who (Tom Baker) out of recycled materials and is in need of the following:

Sink plunger x2 - max 4 inch/10cm diameter plunger
Dark brown curly wig
Waistcoat - orange, brown similar colours
Black mens shoes
