If you take it I have some requirements:
I'll need to fill in the V5 document so I'll want some proof of ID and address
If you're driving it away, I'll want some proof of entitlement to drive - licence, insurance, CBT if appropriate. I could ride it to you if not to far away.
You're taking it "as is" and you need to be happy it's OK for you.
I can't let you test ride it, but I can demonstrate it.
It is currently MOTed until 30th November.
It is currently taxed, though tax is no-longer transferred with the vehicle.
Last time I taxed it it cost £0.00 (zero), but that may have changed.
My insurance runs out soon so I'd like it gone soon.
It has some issues:
The swinging arm's paint finish is flaking. I think that the underlying metal is OK otherwise I wouldn't ride it.
I fell off it once. There is a scrape on the bodywork where it hit the ground, and I broke the footpeg, so it was replaced with a similar one.
The kickstand "engine disable" switch has been bypassed as it was faulty. This means that the motor will work if the kickstand is down.
Error codes: There are occasional intermittent error codes showing on the dash. I think it's 4 and 27. They usually clear if you switch it off and on again.
Sometimes the bike creeps forward really slowly when stationary & it's not supposed to.
Range: It'll easily do 15 miles on a full charge, perhaps even up to 20. Once the battery gets to 10% it enters "limp mode" and max speed is limited.
The battery is not the best, but works as described above.
