Also included - shuttlecocks and net (average quality).
That’s everything you need to start playing immediately. Although due to age you should be gentle with them - I wouldn't recommend any rough games.

You can play a regular game (look up rules online) or try the more relaxed and enjoyable game where two people try and keep the birdie in the air as long as they can.

Sorry to see these go. Badmiton is an enjoyable leisure ut almost forgotton leisure sport. I just can't move that fast anymore....
