Car headlamps inserts with bulbs (Mile Oak BN41)

These items are not exactly the same. Item in photo 2 has 1 bulb which has blown. Item in photo 4 has a metal plate between the bulbs and the plastic, but item in photo 2 doesn't. They are both date stamped: item 1 is 24/04/02 and item 2 is 27/08/01. They may be for a Peugeot, but I'm not sure. Collect Mile Oak
