Toshiba electric rice cooker, not working properly (New Marston OX3)

Toshiba RCK-DB5M electric rice cooker. This is a very solid machine, personally imported from Japan, has served me well for about 20 years. But it has now stopped working properly. It doesn't seem to come fully up to temperature, so takes hours to cook rice. A quick internet search suggests that maybe a capacitor needs replacing. I've bought a new machine, but maybe someone would like to try fixing this one.
