stand up fan (Woodhouses M33)

hi i was wondering if i could be considered for a stand up fan please as my husband has high blood pressure and a heart condition and needs to keep cool also money is tight so we would be really gratefull close to the m33 area please as iam disabled and carnt drive thank you
