This is a fairly large cloth play house with a metal frame and carry bag, and assembly instructions.
The cloth outer is in need of some repair where it has been entered and exited a little too enthusiastically over the years. Nothing a needle and thread in the right pair of hands shouldn't be able to make good.
Some of the plastic connectors for the metal frame have had to be reinforced with tape but once they were, it stayed up alright.

Taker will need to collect from BN2.
