Working unlocked android (North St. & Broad st. Area)

In need of a Fully unlocked working android to be used on The Lifeline program. So many people upgrade their phones &.the previous perfectly working phone goes into the "junk" drawer. (😁I know you have a junk drawer...lol...😆 I'm hoping someone reading this has one & will kindly donate it to myself...I'd be super grateful!
