2 x chrome hand towel holders (Tooting SW17)

2 x chrome hand towel holders. Attach by suction, no drilling required. Haven’t been used. Both identical. One is still in original packaging. I removed the other to try to attach it but it wasn’t suitable for the surface (painted wall). I think it needs to attach to tile/plastic or something else completely smooth. Dimensions as per the first picture.
