NWT Madewell kick out crop jeans (Kirkland)

Size 26p. When I purchased these several months ago, I didn’t realize they weren’t returnable and they don’t fit me. I just noticed a small spot on the right leg that looks like extra thread or undyed thread. Please see close-up photo of the thread to see what it looks like and also for the location

Inseam is approx. 25". Waist measured across (while buttoned up and zipped) while laid flat is approx. 13.75". Rise is approx 9.5" in the front and approx 13.7" in the back.

I have a cat and will lint roll the jeans but there will likely still be a bit fur on them.
