Camping chair (broken) (Crookes S10)

Would anyone like this camping chair which is in good condition apart from the seam which has gone on the chair back so you can’t lean back, this might be fixable however! Also one of arms is twisted, no idea how. The cup holder is also broken, and is just a hole. See pics!
