Solar panel - 150W 24v flexible faulty (Fiveways BN1)

150W 24v flexible solar panel from Bimble (based in Lewes). Faulty (reading 0V DC) probably broken internal connections, or maybe shorted blocking diodes. Can probably be fixed if you don't mind partly dissembling to diagnose it - it's flexible plastic, so you can dig into it I expect, and then backfill with something suitable like silicone or MS polymer to make it waterproof again. You'll need a volt meter, a soldering iron and/or conductive paint etc. (like the kits used to repair broken traces on heated car rear windscreens). The equivalent new panel from Bimble is the "SpectraLitePro-150W" which they sell for £471 inc VAT.
