I bought this many years ago when the concept of e-readers was quite new. I was particularly interested in the e-ink technology and the paperwhite feature of this particular e-reader. I also really liked the glow light as it meant that I could read in a dark environment, for example on a coach in winter or if my husband was asleep without disturbing him. The glow light is a gentle light that you can adjust in brightness and is much better for your eyes than reading on a tablet or a phone .
It holds a large number of books and is still a great piece of tech.
This takes ePub files and PDFs, not Kindle files.
There is a tiny line on the screen, which means that the glow light is bright through this part. I thought I should mention it as it could bother some but hoping someone can make good use out of this. I have tried to show you this bright spot in one of the pictures.
It comes in a case that protects it all round. The edging of the case has worn off and apologies. There is some hair stuck in the velcro which holds the e-reader in place!
I will reformat it before I hand it over of course
