Nixplay 12" photoframe for spares or repair (Batheaston)

This was working fine but then like so many electronic items 'it just stopped working'. It's a firmware issue, since the screen freezes on boot. I'm been onto Nixplay and tried resetting, but no joy. Frankly, I'm really disappointed with Nixplay, since it's bricked itself and they just offer a 50% discount on a new model. That's not going to save the planet is it!!! The screen is fine. Hopefully someone's got a broken screen and they can salvage the parts from this one to fix theirs.
