Lifeline indoor trainer, fitness table/desk for indoor usage.
Raises up by pushing in the two blue buttons to adjust height over indoor cycle trainer. Non slip grip top, grooves to hold mobile, iPad when training and water bottle holder. Wheels to move and a stop break to hold in place.
You can use as table/maybe desk if need something higher and can change height. Need to move from one space to another.
