Commercial coffee bean grinder (Shipley RH13)

This was used in our pub until we got a bean to cup machine.
It worked, I took it apart to clean it, I put it back together and it no longer works.
There’s not much wrong with it, it just needs fiddling with by someone who knows what they’re doing.
