Ladies Raleigh bike (Esher KT10)

Been outside for years, so some rust to handlebars, chain pretty rusty. But tyres seem to be holding air (just pumped them up). Front brakes seem to be working OK. The handle for the back brakes doesn't seem to move. May need adjusting. Overall the bike needs a bit of tlc and care, but from what I can tell it's rideable as it is.
