Lightweight to hold, red handset colour and black base unit.With mains adaptor for base unit and the necessary phone cable.
The handset requires 2 x AAA rechargeable batteries (400 mAh) in the handset as shown in the photo.
When the handset is on the base unit the batteries get charged up.
Not sure if the green batteries in the photo are working as I don't have a landline phone now and it is quite a few years since I used it.
