I've had this for many years but it recently toppled over when the spring on one side fell out. It has broken the part where you plug the light in. I have the spring and also the part that released it. I understand you can buy spares but as I've moved onto lamps from the Daylight Company, is now surplus, plus I wouldn't have a clue how to refit it. The base is extremely solid. The Daylight bulb comes with it.
