I’m looking for a PC external monitor suitable for office use work from home, with the following specifications:

Refresh rate: Minimum 150Hz
Panel type: LED/LCD (IPS or VA preferred)
Connectivity: At least one HDMI port
Additional features: Eye-care technologies (e.g., low blue light, flicker-free), height adjustment preferred
The monitor will primarily be used for office productivity and occasional multimedia tasks, so clarity and visual comfort are a priority.
