Car audio system (West side Indianapolis)

My little brothers 16th birthday, he's been asking for one since before he was able to drive, he just got his license and I'm on disability and can't afford to get him one. He's been through a lot, he struggles with a learning disability. I just want to see him happy ya know? Is all. Thanks everyone 🙏🤠
