Big Water Butt Originally a Bin (Dallow LU1)

Looks like a standard issue bin that has been converted into a water butt.
Was in the back garden wedged behind the garage a little protected from the elements but seems to have been there many years.

Seems to me to be the brand of plastic bin that used to be originally issued by the council way back when they moved from metals ones 'SSI Schafer'.
Looks to have been converted into a water butt at some point.

Plastic is in good condition throughout no noticable breaks apart from around the axle of the wheels which is is rusted
The metal water tap is also rusted.
