navy blue bias binding (East Croydon CR0)

I need about 5 metres of wide dark navy blue cotton (preferably) bias binding. I am re-making a heavy dark navy blue wool skirt and it will need something around the bottom to cover two pieces of fabric. The wool hem is quite thick in places, especially around the seams so that is why it needs to be wide. I can pick up afternoons or evenings, any day.
