The hospital got me on Meals on Wheels. Some food I can't eat or don't like.
I'm giving it away for free. I had to take some food out of the tray. We have 1/2 freezer full. Never touched we poured it into sandwiches bags to freeze
It is meals, bread , fruit, a lot of little containers of 1% milk and a lot of apple juice

Since it goes to a lot of senior. Meals and Wheels don't add a lot of spices. So you can eat it as it is or you can add your own seasoning.
We can deliver as long as it isn't that far. My sister and I are handicapped. So we have trouble with stairs. You would have to take it in your home.
