Antique couch. Stylish late 19th.c. low back couch c.1890. The ebonised frame, carved flower detail and turned spindles are typical of antique furniture produced by designers of what became known as the Aesthetic Movement, influenced by Japanese art and design. In good unrestored condition. One castor broken / missing. Original horsehair stuffing. Restoration project that I don't have time for.
