Glass shade for lamp (Colletts Green WR2)

I’ve broken both glass shades - inner and outer- on the matching lamp to this. It’s still on sale at Next, it’s called Casper. I know it’s a long shot, but I’d be very grateful if anyone has one. Thx in advance
