Hello, i have a set that has been sitting in my den for a while. It needs a good vacuuming as we do have pets but overall is in good condition. No big tears or damage. Rough dimensions are below. Sofa pulls out into a bed. The sofa is heavy, recommended to bring a truck and some help to load.
