Decorative modern floor light (Kew TW9)

Needs a new transformer so only take this item if you have the means to repair it. It is otherwise fabulous and if I could fix it I would! About 5 feet tall, delicate and gives a beautiful bright white light. Foot switch. I have ordered a new lamp in a sale hence the deadline of mid next week.
