Vango Icarus 500 family tent (up to four sleeping) (Surrenden BN1)

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS DESCRIPTION, thanks. Vango Icarus 500 family tent (up to four sleeping, has drop down bedroom divider to create two bedrooms, or leave up for one large bedroom) - nice and roomy for two. About ten years old and used once, occasionally twice, a year, for music festivals. All the parts are there: Separate base groundsheet (note the tent itself also has sewn in groundsheet throughout), poles and pegs and bag (see photo). There is no damage to the tent material at all, BUT the tent is OK for a shower but not heavy rain. I would suggest the whole tent should be water 'proofed' to make it water resistant. There are loads of on line videos how to do this and lots of products available. Or if you just want this for a large fun house in the garden for kids then use as is! I didn't have a photo of the tent erected, but found a photo online that looks close to identical to the model and condition of the one offered here.
