Old luggage carrier (Friendswood)

Folding wheel luggage carrier (from when suitcases didn't come with wheels). Have used it for carrying small boxes or bags. Bungee cord not included.
F.Y.I. - I am reasonably flexible but in order to NOT become a target for porch pirates, I request a narrow date/time window when you can come before I will leave items out.
