Globber Go-Up scooter with seat (Beckenham BR3)

Old globber 3 wheel scooter with seat for ride on option.
Scooter has a fault - lever to adjust handlebar height is broken and so handle bar has been tightened manually by Allen key to keep in place. I believe this is fixable, if anyone would like to try. May need a small replacement part.
