It is worthwhile reading the reviews at the link above so you know what you are getting into, not for the feint of heart. People have reinforced these by welding new parts on.

Not alot of use, but I have changed small trailer wheels all the way to regular car sized wheels. It must be anchored very securely at the base to work (I used a large pallet to bolt it on but many bolt it right into concrete!) and lots of arm/body power to torque around it to get the tire off. Using soap (Dawn/Palmolive, etc.) on the bead works wonders too.

If you commit to picking it up at a specific time you are expected to meet your commitment.
