This NordicTrack CXT 1100 Cross Trainer has been in my garage, unused, for a good number of years. It could benefit from some TLC and cleaning up. There are numerous programmes selectable or it can be used in 'manual' mode. The resistance settings still seem to work OK, BUT the ramp angle can no longer be changed (you can hear a motor running but there's obviously something wrong with the raise/lower mechanism).
If you are at all interested, best come and take a closer look.
If you decide to take it please be advised it will NOT fit in a normal car, estate car or SUV. You will need a van or something similar. It is also heavy, so you will need a helper. I can only provide limited assistance following surgery earlier this year.
