Sofa/Armchair (Chadwell St Mary RM16)

Hello! I'm very close to becoming homeless due to my grandparents moving, and I am currently working with the council to prevent this.
Soon, I am hoping to either be placed in emergency accommodation or housed, which means I will need some items.
I'm lucky enough to have been given most of the needed furniture already, but one thing I'll need is a sofa! We're a small family, so just a two or three seater will do :)

I would also like an armchair for my son, as he enjoys his own space.
