Plums for jam? (Dysart KY1)

I have two remaining plum trees, haven’t been pruned properly at the right time of year, have produced plums which would be suitable for jam, they would need to be picked quite soon as they’ve started falling off but no wasp attack yet! See photos. I have a step ladder But I can’t reach or climb a ladder myself to pick them. But I can hold it for someone else!
