Single bed with mattress (Dagenham RM8)

Standard single bed base with mattress. The mattress is relatively new and has only been used a couple of times. Spotless clean and fully functional. Person to collect from the RM8 area near Chadwell Heath train station. I need this gone over the next couple of days or it will unfortunately go to the tip.
The mattress has the fire safety tag on it.
