Locking casters (4) or raise/lower (Groton near Shaw’s)

Looking for 4 casters to attach to the bottom of a side table that will hold about 35 pound tool grinder. The table legs are about 7/8" square at the bottom. Thinking maybe I could drill a hole in the bottom of the legs to accept the casters.
