Floor lamp (Mexborough S64)

I’m looking for a floor lamp for my living room due to the nights drawing in and our living room lights either been to bright or not bright enough and giving glare on the tv

I’m struggling with sleep and eating so sometimes not eating till 11/12 at night and the lights are too bright and over stimulating at that time
