Treadmill (Alameda near Fernside and high)

This is my neighbors she put it out on the street. It’s on the east side of Fern side near Monte Vista Avenue. I don’t know anything more about it. It works. Please don’t message with any questions. I’m just posting this for her. It’s on the street.
