metal bin (High Town Bridgnorth)

Steel (I think - too heavy to be aluminium) 21 ins x 12 ins. The lid is grotty and has been left outside,
so it is damp. It could be re-painted, or used as a template for a new one, or just chucked! Collection from Bridgnorth High Town.
