Perching stool (Ludlow SY8)

Struggling with spinal damage and can’t stand long enough to prepare or cook our meals. As a hobby cook I’m feeling that my spinal injury is really punishing me. If anyone has a perching stool that would allow me to be active in the kitchen again I would be so very grateful.
