Pair of 28" alloy bicycle wheels (Bush Hill Park EN1)

Alloy Bicycle wheels 28" X 1 1/4 x 1 3/4. It also has 32-622 on the tyres. Both tyres are perished and the inner tube that is in one is also perished. The spokes are all there but one has a bit of rust on it. The rims have a bit of scoring from use. They both spin but the rearone especially could do with truing up.
