Rocking chair + rocking footrest (Belle Sherman)

I have a rocking chair and a matching rocking footrest to give away.

The rocking chair needs repair. It doesn't rock. I'm uploading photos so you can see the underside hardware and decide if you can fix it. The footrest is fine.
